James, you'll never be able to read this. But for all of you who can, I hope you will be able to feel of the spirit of what I have to say. Thank you for being such an incredible example to me throughout my life. I've always treasured the time we were able to spend together, and I look forward to seeing you again. I love you.

Dan and James were our hometeachers for many years when they lived in Utah. I will always remember the lessons that they taught. I think that it took a lot of courage for James to teach the lesson. He always seemed really shy around me... I think he had a huge crush on me. I remember the Bodell family to be one of the kindest families I have known. I wish you all the best. I was sad to hear that James had passed away but he knew as I do that he is in heaven with our Savior and Heavenly Father once again.
